A Personal Trainer - Anywhere In the World

A Personal Trainer – Anywhere In the World

You like to workout either late at night or early in the morning, like most people? You have tried the personal trainer in town and you aren’t a fan? You’re schedule is always changing and you can’t nail down a set time to train everyday? Well, you are in luck, I know just the solution for you. Online Personal Training.

Sounds gimmicky, right? Well, think about having a program tailored specifically to you that you can do on your own schedule. No need to think about what to do in the gym, no need to be concerned about making progress towards your goals, no need to coordinate schedules with someone else. Just head to the gym, pull out your program and get to work.

Online personal training is great for those who are already motivated to put in the work and reach their goals, but need a little bit of guidance on the programming. Maybe you aren’t sure how exactly to get to your goals, or maybe you just want to take the guesswork out of it. Either way, online coaching is going to give you just that. I write your program based on your goals; whether that be building muscle, losing fat, training for a race, or just maintaining your current fitness level!

I also work with my clients on things other than fitness. Health is broad topic that emcompasses a lot of different things. We talk about nutrition and how to eat for your goals, as well as how to eat for your future self. We talk about sleep and recovery because NO workout program is going to get you to your goals without proper rest periods! I also like to shed light on things like mindset, overall wellness, supplementation and much more!

Online personal training is more than just a cookie cutter program written by someone who is a “health coach”. These are well thought out programs that are designed with a scientific approach using how the human body reacts to exercise! Finding someone who has similar values as you, knows the WHY behind what you are doing and has the passion to work with you as closely as you will allow is what I strive for. That is the beauty of online personal training – finding a coach that aligns with you but doesn’t have to be physically near you to Read more ...
