Life can never be perfect for anyone but still there are many people who seem to have figured out everything about life. They are the ones who seem to be happy and accomplishing. However, the reality is a bit different from what it seems apparently. Having said that none of our lives are perfect, everyone experiences special moments of happiness, love, rejuvenation and joy. Now you can feel that you don’t have such moments of joy, happiness or love. Then is it that you hate your life? Do you always find a reason to stay sad? What are the reasons behind this?

Do I get a fulfilling experience from my relationships?

Majority of the people wish to have relationships which are supportive, challenging and deep. But that doesn’t mean that all the relationships that you share need to have these qualities. On the contrary, if you think that none of your relations exuberate such qualities, this might be the stem of your sadness as you may think you’re involved in superficial relations. Henceforth, your unhappiness will stem from dearth of fulfillment.

Are my relations toxic?

In case you are into relationships which are full of unhealthiness, pain and drama, they are toxic. Do you have relationships which make you feel drained out with the kind of life you lead in general? When you share toxic relationships, they suck you dry and such relations lack fulfillment, happiness and joy. Do you find yourself happier when you’re away from few people in your life? If yes, this can be a sign of toxic relation.

Is there a feeling of non-existence in my relations?

In case you find yourself to rather struggle to think of these relations, you’ll be lacking enough closeness and suffering. You may have superficial and virtual acquaintances galore but on weekends, you will find yourself alone or at social gatherings, you won’t find anyone to talk to. Therefore, whenever you hate your life, this will mean that you are into relationships which are toxic. Try to be proactive about improving the state of your relationships so that you can easily be able to get back love and support.
